A Nashville PROPEL Report

“The Black Paper” investigates which Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) are effectively driving Black student proficiency. Utilizing five years of TNReady results (2020–2025) from the Tennessee Department of Education, this study assesses growth in English Language Arts (ELA) and Mathematics data across elementary and middle schools.
